Many people seek help with NLP when trying to lose weight to help them get control of comfort eating, bad habits and get past any blocks they have to losing weight and keeping it off. 

Being overweight is the result of different things for different people. For some, it's the result of bad habits and poor motivation, while for others, is it connected with limiting beliefs around food, exercise and themselves.

Consequently, what works for one person may not work for another. It is therefore important to find out what is behind being overweight for you.

Is it caused by habits you learned from your family or which have crept on over time? Do you eat to reward yourself or as a result of stress or loneliness? Do you really believe that you can lose weight and keep it off? And do you truly believe you deserve to be thin?

Robyn will help you explore what it is that is stopping you from being your ideal weight and help you release any unhelpful beliefs, increase your motivation to eat well and exercise, and put new, better habits in place so you can get the results you want.
