People often tell me one of the things they hate the most in life is conflict, and they will do almost anything to avoid it. They will sacrifice themselves to keep others happy, often creating anger and resentment in the process, or they will bottle up their negative emotions but then explode later on, something that is not fun for them or anyone around them.
The reality is that we are generally not taught how to deal with conflict situations well, and that the role models in our life often aren’t good at it either, so we do the best we can, but we often fall short.
This day-long workshop has two parts to it. It teaches us how to empower others by enabling them to solve their own problems, and looks into different kinds of conflicts and how to resolve them. It covers:
