How to Build Resilience and Happiness

The world can be a stressful place.  Balancing the demands of work, family and personal life can be a challenge, particularly when we throw in a bunch of earthquakes, a few insurance claims and a whole lot of roadworks.  Being strong and resilient is therefore important for our mental and emotional wellbeing.  In this workshop you’ll:

  • Practice techniques for changing the way you respond to negative things that are happening in the world around you.
  • Learn how the way we interpret events around us is often more important than the events themselves.
  • Learn how we can direct our minds in ways that make it easier for us to feel good.
  • Learn how to return your body to a good state once you’ve become stressed.

Workshop on Request:  This workshops can be run on request for groups of six people or more.  If you’d like to do this workshop with a group of friends or colleagues, please register your interest and Robyn will contact you to arrange a time and place that works for you all.
