How to Build Motivation in Yourself and Others

Do you want to feel motivated but find yourself procrastinating?  Do want to achieve a goal yet find yourself not taking the actions to do so?  In this workshop you’ll:

  • Learn how you can use your mind to gain motivation and drive.
  • Learn two great techniques for increasing motivation, including one used by Steve Gurney for his training in the Coast to Coast.

Come along with something you'd like to be more motivated about and be prepared to leave feeling good and ready to take the actions you want to take.
