Is Weight Loss a Constant Battle?

So many of us battle to lose weight. Fighting ourselves when it comes to food choices and making ourselves exercise. Going through stages of high motivation and complete discipline, followed by periods where it’s all too much or we just can’t be bothered, where all the old behaviours slip back in and the weight piles back on.

So how do you stay motivated, even when the scales aren’t saying what you want them to? How do you overcome those objections you have around food and exercise? How do you make sure you’re completely aligned towards taking the actions you need to lose weight?

This is where the mind comes in. When we think of weight loss, we usually think of food and exercise. However if your mind is not fully supporting you in taking those actions with food and exercise, you’re going to have a hard time. You’ll battle yourself, struggle with motivation, and when you bow in to one chocolate biscuit, chances are you’ll bow in to the whole pack.

 

The Mind and Weight Loss

This day long workshop will you give you specific knowledge and strategies about the mental and emotional side of weight loss. A comprehensive, practical workshop, it covers:

  • Motivation, how to build it, and how to keep it high.
  • Mindset, how to control it, and how to create awesome focus.
  • Overcoming obstacles and objections to weight loss.
  • Key information you need to know if you’re trying to lose weight.
  • How to choose the right actions to take.
  • Things to be aware of that may secretly be holding you back.

Duration: 6 hours

Investment:  $180 per person    

Workshop on Request:  This workshops can be run on request for groups of six people or more.  If you’d like to do this workshop with a group of friends or colleagues, please register your interest and Robyn will contact you to arrange a time and place that works for you all.
