This day-long workshop teaches you some of the tricks the professionals use. A comprehensive, practical workshop, it covers:

  • Mindset, how it works, and how to create awesome mindset for your sport.
  • How to create energy, excitement, determination and flow in seconds.
  • The power of the mind and how harnessing it has a direct result on physical performance.
  • How to put negative experiences from the past behind you.
  • How to create awesome goals for the future and programme them in to your unconscious mind.

Investment:  $220 per person
